Lucky Star in general is a great anime with its own funny moments. But konata is just too much! Every single episode have me laughing out so hard, I get a stomachache from too much laughing when I watched a few of them in a row. Konata is always doing something out of the ordinary and always asking how she will eat the Chocolate Cornet. Tsukasa also introduced as the sister of kagami that adds to the hilarity of the show, Miyuki as the student body president, who, amazingly, never finds anything wrong with herself. This is #1 in my books when it comes to funny anime, and I highly recommend it. Not just Konata, but the Lucky Star series itself. It’s a great anime and every anime fan should at least give it a try.

Honorable Mention:
Shaman King - A really cool and funny anime that is just below the reach of the top 10. This would probably be at number 11 but it is a pity that the anime was never completed, and from what I know, the manga was never properly completed as well.
One Piece - This without a doubt belongs somewhere in the top 10. But unfortunately, I do not really watch the series, therefore I am unable to properly rank it.
This list would probably change in the future, and I might either update this or create a new list to show how different it is between what I think is the top 10 funniest anime now, and what I would think to be the top 10 funniest anime in time to come.
